Abrasive wire roller brush
The abrasive wire added gold steel sand and other special materials, its wear resistance is better than nylon silk. Because of its acid resistance, alkali resistance and other characteristics, it is mainly used in the steel industry or other hardware industry, used to clean the rust and oxidation of steel plates, the primary processing of steel, the production of galvanized steel plates, and the color coating of steel plates; Other casting parts deburring polishing treatment, steel strip, aluminum strip, copper strip and other products polishing treatment and mirror effect treatment industry. Abrasive nylon brush wire is made of nylon 612 as the base material, combined with 20-40% silicon carbide or alumina wire drawing processing of special bristles. It has high strength/rigidity/fatigue resistance/chemical resistance/high melting point. The spiral brush coil is mounted on a core system made of low carbon steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metals. After the core is installed, the roller brush core is electrically balanced according to the speed and mass required by the ISO. Our roller brushes feature a perfectly trimmed and/or polished filled surface to ensure concentricity. With a pressure or mounting ring system, you can ensure that the coil is completely secured to the drum core, and in some cases you can also opt for the simpler option of securing the brush coil to the core, i.e. without using the mounting ring, but by spot-welding the spiral at both ends of the brush core. Almost all filling materials can be used.
