INDUSTRIAL STRIP BRUSH SERIES
Brass bristles help dissipate electrostatic charges to prevent damage to electrostatic sensitive delivery items. Brass resists corrosion and is softer than stainless steel, so it is less likely to scratch harder metals. Brass also doesn't spark when it hits other metals, making these brushes ideal for use in confined Spaces and environments that may contain flammable liquids, steam, dust, or residue. Install these strip brushes along the conveyor to guide and separate items on the conveyor and remove debris from transported items and conveyor belts and parts. Also known as metal backing strip brushes, strip brushes with rigid backing each have densely compressed bristles that are held in a U-shaped metal channel by holding wires. They are each mounted into a compatible bracket to help maximize the contact between the brush and the conveyor when mounting the brush.
