Tube Brush
Professional Crimped Wire Circular Wheel Brush Cylinder brush Grinding brush.Eliminating dust, rust and corrosion, plaint removal. Deburring, cleaning weld spatter,heavy duty cleaning of large metal surface, surface preparation for paint or welding,auto body pre-finishing and repair.
Single stem, single spiral small-diameter (1/8" to 1.0") twisted wire tube brushes are used for hand cleaning the internal bore of metal tubing, drilled orifices, and other cylindrical cavities in various hard materials.
A sturdy twisted wire handle with hand loop enables the hand to grip the brush comfortably and exert pressure to ream the opening for tube cleaning. Features include concentric bristles around the handle axis and uniform bristle density from end to end.
Tube brushes are available in high carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, carbon fiber, and other such materials. They can also be manufactured in all stainless steel construction. Larger diameters and in between sizes can also be made.
Product Material
Fill material sizes range from .003″ up to .010″. Standard fill materials include high carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, nylon and horsehair. The stem wire is normally plated carbon steel, but 300 series stainless steel is also standard with stainless wire.
Other stem wire options include brass, copper, and plastic coated wire.
