INDUSTRIAL CYLINDRICAL BRUS SERIES
Cylindrical brushes are commonly used for cleaning machinery and tools and can be customized to specific sizes. These brushes are made of different grades of nylon, each with a different degree of softness, and can be applied to a variety of surfaces, cleaning effectively while not causing damage. Our in-house machines are good at firmly embedding the brush wire into the plastic roller, ensuring its stability during cleaning operations. In addition, we can manufacture metal shafts of various sizes according to customer requirements in order to rotate the brush as required.
1. There are two types of cylindrical conveyor brushes: those with a shaft and those without a shaft.
2. The outer diameter ranges from 60 mm to 600 mm. 3. The inner diameter starts at 5mm.
4. The length of the cylindrical brush varies from 5 mm to 2800 mm.
5. Base materials include wood, PVC, plastic, nylon, aluminum, etc.
6. Brush density can be selected as low, medium or high.
7. Brushes or brush ropes can be made of various materials such as nylon, polypropylene, natural fiber, PVC, animal hair, steel wire (including stainless steel wire and copper wire), etc.
