Spiral Roller Brush
Spiral roller brush is a very widely used brush. Change the bristles of different materials, it has different functions. For example, the copper wire roller brush is used for rust removal, the abrasive wire roller brush is used for polishing, the nylon roller brush is used for cleaning and so on.Versatile performance mild cleaning, heavy cleaning, scrubbing, spreading, spraying, grading, polishing, degreasing, deburring, sanding etc.
By varying the pitch between each coil, a wide rage of brush densities is possible. From very dense close-wound coil brushes, to progressively less dense more open wound coil brushes, depending on pitch. This type brush can be supplied as a complete assembly pre-mounted on a core with journals, wound directly on to a shaft, wound on a customer’s core or shaft, or as replacement coils for in-house installation.
Structure and size
All strip brushes can be coiled on a shaft to make a tube brush. We machine the shaft for you. The strip brush number is defined by the dimensions and the filament. Strip brushes can be compressed, or coiled in a direction and a spacing width. This technique results in enhanced density that conventional processes do not give. The brush can be replaced, giving it an additional plus.
It is best that the new brushed be coiled on the shaft in order to avoid losses in density during handling. Open face loops(without shaft) are only suitable for coils which are not subjected to significant forces and small brushes. We tailor your brushes to fit your needs.
